Our Family

Dominique

Since I was a child my heart was to use creative mediums to share the story of Christ.

I grew up in Long Island, NY. Daughter to an Evangelist (Jimmy Jack) and Pastor (Miriam Jack). As mom and dad were raising my brother (David), sister (Dionnza) and I, they were also building a Church and establishing a Christian Drug and Alcohol Recovery program on the Island. We grew up evangelizing in the streets of NYC, overseas in various Caribbean counrtries, all the way to Europe and different parts of Africa. Seeing people come to Christ through music and dance was always so captivating to me! I knew from a young age I would use the arts to tell the story of Jesus.

In the midst of our families ministry life I developed a love for soccer and after 12 years of league teams, school teams, and premier teams, I was headed to South Eastern University with a soccer scholarship! Sadly just 1 minute into the last game of my HS Championship game, my passion for soccer ended. With a broken ankle and cast all the way up to my hip, my ability to play was inhibited. Just when I thought all was lost, God redirected my story.

HELLO MUSIC AND WORSHIP!

With this injury I was bedridden and on the days I couldn’t walk, I pulled out my pen and paper and began to write songs. Soon after I submitted an application to Central Bible College, to further my knowledge in Music and Worship where multiple family members had also attended.

After a merge of CBC to Evangel University, In 2014 I graduated EU with a BA in Music - emphasis in Worship Leadership, along with a minor in Biblical Studies and Preaching. In 2015 I married my husband Mason Horsley who was also pursuing a ministry degree at CBC. Soon after we moved to Cincinnati, OH - both accepting full time pastoral positions at Tri-County Assembly of God!

Selah Rose Horsley entered or world on October 28th, 2018 and our lives completely changed. Husband and wife turned Father and Mother and 2 years later in 2020, we got the news that we were pregnant with twins! Our world was flipped upside down with the news and flipped again with the news that at 12 weeks, of our twins had vanished from the womb. On February 8th, 2021 our curly hair boy, Blaze Alexander Horsley, entered our world and that’s when the true adventure began.

With a life of experience in leading worship and 10+ years of leading Creative teams in the forms of Worship, Music, and Media, my life goal is to still use the Creative to tell the story of Jesus.
